Carlos Reyes

Carlos Reyes joined OLIVARES in October 2008. He primarily focuses his practice in the areas of trademark counseling, filing and litigation, including domain name UDRP and LDRP arbitrations before the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration Center. In brief, he provides counseling regarding trademarks registrability, trademarks filing, prosecution and litigation, including trademark litigation matters before the Mexican Industrial Property Office (IMPI) and also before federal courts.

When I'm not being a lawyer...
I am interested in literature from all over the word; music, from Gregorian chant to contemporary orchestral and chamber music, and the practice of sports. No need to say that I love spending most of my free time with my family, and especially with my daughter and wife.
