Alejandro Torres works in OLIVARES since 2004 and is a member of the Life Science Team. His work and experience is mainly in the defense of the Linkage Regulation in Mexico in the IP litigation group lead by Alejandro Luna. Since 2007 to date, Alejandro intervened directly in the prosecution of a several number of constitutional actions and nullity trials which derived in the issuance of the jurisprudence in 2010 by the Mexican Supreme Court interpreting the scope of the Linkage regulation after more than 50 favorable precedents. Alejandro also provides consulting and intervenes in the prosecution of patent enforcement/invalidity, regulatory affairs and general consulting in Trademarks.

I like to read about Mexican History and Science. I like exercising and I try to practice it at least two hours every day. I'm a sports enthusiast.
